Return Policy

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Please note: final sale and custom-made items are not eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

  • Ship the item back to us using your chosen courier.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • If the return is not due to a defect or error on our part, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you’d like.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@zubilondon.co.uk. We’ll resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost to you.
