Meet our founder

Zubiya

Our founder, Zubiya, was born into a traditional gemstone family, where creativity and craftsmanship were part of everyday life. But while her roots were in jewels, her heart found a different rhythm, the gentle tap-tap of hand block printing from a neighbouring artisan's workshop.

Inspiration

Hand Block

As a child, she would sneak away to Mr. Hameed Chhipa’s hand block studio next door, mesmerized by the carved wooden blocks and the magic they created on fabric. Those playful afternoons turned into a lifelong passion. While the family legacy lay in gems, Zubiya was destined to carve her own path — one inked in heritage, textiles, and the joy of handmade.
